The direction we took upon creating the platform of InnJobs, can be characterized by our dedication to one simple principle: immediacy. In our era, when time has become the most valuable currency, we provide each employer with the ability to seek staff from all over the Île-de-France in seconds, having a complete picture of the individual and the power to carry out a video-interview without going anywhere.
Furthermore, through our platform each employer can choose among hundreds of professionals, categorized and divided according to their specialty, creating the perfect environment of equal opportunities and making it easy for the employers to assess employees truly capable of making their business…take off!
So here’s our story.
Initially, with the use of a simple and effective design, me wanted to make sure that our platform would be easy-to-use by everyone. We also decided to charge absolutely nothing, because we believe that everyone has the right to work and create a future and what better way to start, than have the eyes of thousands of employers…on you!
What’s more, we placed this powerful tool at the hands of Hoteliers and employers: a platform ready to locate employees instantly in the Île-de-France , through specific criteria: Area, City or Department of the Île-de-France, Sex, Specialty, Experience, Availability to Commute and Desired Salary.
And proudly so, as we have first-handedly experienced the frustration and ineffectiveness of this medium. We are excited to know human resource managers using InnJobs are saving a tremendous amount of time and effort whilst discovering promising individuals!
