Welcome guests upon arrival with courtesy and professionalism Assist with luggage handling, room escorting, and hotel orientation Provide information about hotel services and local attractions Ensure cleanliness and readiness of lobby and entrance areas Support the front office team with guest requests and transportation coordination
Good knowledge of English (other languages are a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and well-groomed appearance Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Driving license (optional but appreciated)
