As a member of our Housekeeping team, your mission will be to: Perform a variety of cleaning activities, ensuring all rooms and common areas are spotless and well-maintained. Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, addressing any cleanliness issues promptly. Coordinate with other Housekeeping staff to ensure efficient turnaround of rooms and common spaces. Handle the replenishment of guest amenities and maintain a well-organized inventory. Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Respond promptly to guest requests and contribute to a positive overall guest experience.
We are seeking a candidate with: Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar cleaning environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and flexibility. Compassionate and caring nature, with a desire to provide comfort to our guests. Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures. Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation products and methods, including the handling of sensitive materials.
