As the Director of Operations, your mission will be to: Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service, setting the standard for excellence. Collaborate with department heads to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a world-class guest experience. Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and meticulous attention to detail. Oversee the execution of events and functions, ensuring flawless coordination and guest satisfaction. We are seeking a candidate with: Proven experience in a senior management role within the luxury hospitality sector. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering an uncompromising guest experience.
